The month of January never fails to give us the sense of urgency to transform. New Year’s resolutions, goals, and bucket lists tend to occupy a remarkable percentage of our schedulers or planners. Most of us deem change as a must during the first few weeks of the year as it signifies a chance to be better or to correct the old habits, belief and practices that made our previous years somehow futile.

One of the top priorities for change according to surveys has to do something about fitness or wellness. Let me ask you a question though, while you were sitting down and plotting reminders on your organizers did you include your visits to the gym? Did you mark the dates wherein you’re supposed to get your vaccines? What about going to a Queen Creek dental office to schedule an oral hygiene check?

New Year’s Resolution NotesWe believe that it is important to include an appointment with your general dentist within your fitness regimen. Remember, you have to take care of yourself completely – this is what most of us do not appreciate. If you are not used to this, you can start by scheduling basic services such as regular dental cleaning. Why do you have to do this? Simple. That amazing physique you are getting from working out daily and eating clean would surely be ruined if you have foul smelling breath or if something’s wrong with your smile.

Begin 2015 strong by including brushing your teeth daily and including routine oral hygiene care from a dentist as part of your overall health goals.

Call our to make an appointment with a dentist who may be able to help you find out more about this topic, and improve your oral health.
